职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Team Management & Process Control
a) Manage the accounting, tax and treasury teams and focus on accountability, continuity and people development.
b) Drive process optimization & reengineering in accounting, treasury and tax areas to achieve the effectiveness & efficiency & compliance.
c) Lead to develop, implement and upgrade SOPs to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
d) Maintain appropriate & adequate internal controls to prevent and control risks.
2. Accounting & Tax :
a) Responsible for an accurate monthly/quarterly/annual closing with respect to the deadlines, to deliver the reliable & consistent financial reports at all times.
b) Work with the controlling department for monthly P&L/balance sheet review, and budget & performance analysis.
c) Main contact window & coordinator for external / internal financial or tax audit and post-audit follow-up.
d) Supervise the tax team for overall tax compliance at company & branch level, lead the internal transfer pricing documentation and review tax filing & reports.
e) Lead to provide advice on accounting/tax matters related to business operation.
f) Maintain relationship with tax authorities and manage the tax consultants/agencies.
3. Treasury Management
a) Supervise the treasury function for daily cash management
b) Review the treasury manual & procedure to ensure adequate control and compliance
c) Review the cash budget, rolling forecast and monthly cash report and funding plan
d) Support the treasury projects to address process automation & efficiency.
e) Support to develop and maintain strategic relationships with partner banks.
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree, Major in accounting or finance.
- Expertise of PRC GAAP and IFRS GAAP, CPA or ACCA is preferred.
- Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in MNC and/or in Big 4, experience in FMCG is a plus.
- Strong experience of SAP and fluent English speaking/writing skills.
- Energetic and highly motivated team player, strong leadership competencies with significant experience of managing a big finance team in a large, multi-disciplinary organization.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels within the organization.
- Logical thinking with excellent organizational skills.
- Deadline orientated and team work spirit.
