Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Hold, maintain and replenish Inventory stock in the most timely and efficient manner

2. Ordering to supplier based on animations and new product launch projects provided by Category

3. Ensure designated stock availability by brand by store; Ensure designated stock turnover

4. Ensure smooth communication between supply chain and category or any other functions and able to follow up and close any open issues in a timely manner

5. Coordinate with suppliers and maintain a healthy relationship

6. Communicate with 3PL to follow receiving and delivery to stores

7. Coordinate with store and category team to provide a feasibility of risk items in terms of shelf life

8. To provide accurate and timely reporting of inventory statistics as and when required to the Manager

9. Maintain clear and effective communications links with key customers to enable stock to be fine-tuned to meet Customer expectations

Qualifications:

1. Over 3 years work experience, college or above

2. Strong attention to details

3. Strong supply chain management sense and knowledge is must

4. Retail background is a plus, and proactive　

5. Excellent organization & communication skills, quick learner

6. Self-motivated, logical, able to take initiatives and endure high pressure

7. Good excel skills is a must

8. Good oral and written English
