Finance Manager (Based in Shanghai, China)

Your roles:

You will be leading a team of accounting personnel in managing a full spectrum of Finance Functions including financial reports, financial control and corporate statutory work.

Job Responsibilities

Finance / Accounting

• Reviews of monthly financial reports for management reporting and audit purposes
• Provides recommendations to management for financial and accounting controls
• Cash management including designs, develops and implements audit requirement and procedures for retail outlets
• Prepares of stock analysis reports and inter-company reconciliations
• Prepares audit schedules and liaise with external auditors for statutory audit.
• Involvement in implementation & maintenance of ERP systems.
• Corporate statutory work including set-up of companies and branches.
• Line reporting to Chief Financial Officer in Singapore HQ.

Requirements:

• A professional accounting qualification or degree
• Prior related working experience in China is an advantage
• Prior experience / working knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage
• At least 5 years of working experience in a related field with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
• Strong leadership qualities and results-oriented
• Competent in management reporting and operations systems
• Pleasant personality, able to interact with people at all levels and work well with others
• Self-driven and can work independently
• Knowledge in accounting and statutory laws and regulations of the Republic of China
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point applications
