职位描述
ADVERTISING & BRANDING
Planning of sales and change of season calendar and inform Inventory, Operations and Logistics department to ensure that there are sufficient seasonal products in store for launch.
Plan advertising schedule for each season launch e.g. change of in-store visuals, catalogues, launch posters, e-newsletter, hoardings, billboards, update of social media websites, print advertisements, media kits to media etc
To budget advertising commitment and expenses for each season
To work with Leasing department and mall management to secure effective advertising spaces in malls'prominent areas
To prepare store visuals layout with graphic design and submit to principal for approval
Ensure change of store visuals and seasonal posters in store and communicate to all relevant parties
Liaise with printing supplier and schedule for change of store visuals. Seek approval from malls for store visual change.
To submit store images after each visual change and submit to principal for feedback
To launch CSR events according to principal's planning
PUBLIC RELATIONS
To provide all levels of copywriting/ translation in the marketing team, including press release, e-mailer, promotion and product descriptions etc
Prepare press release in print and CD for media, landlords, business partners on new activities, launches and product lines.
To prepare launch samples for all media partners seasonally
Ensure samples and products are sent for media feature timely and regularly
Ensure that all featured items are communicated to the stores in detail and on time
To build good business network, to attend social event, functions, launches and meetings
PROMOTIONS & BUDGET
Review and evaluate all promotions, tie ups, collaborations and sponsorships and submit to principal for approval
To implement and track responses and prepare promotional report at the end of the period. These include in-house promotions, shopping mall promotions, bank promotions and magazine promotions etc.
Meet and negotiate with suppliers on costs and quotations for any related jobs
Ensure all promotional materials are available in store timely and accurate communications are conveyed to stores
To handle twice a year ESS promotion which includes the ordering of ESS materials from principal, ensure delivery to store, preparation of emailer and press release for the sale.
Timely dissemination of promotional information on social media websites, to landlords and media
Manage marketing budget and constantly review and ensure that the department does not exceed the budget.
CORPORATE
Prepare all corporate identity materials (e.g, envelopes, letterhead, name card) and submission to principal for approval prior to printing
To always update the corporate presentation (especially after seasonal change) and prepare print out for company meeting with prospective business partners
Meet and negotiate with suppliers on costs and quotations for any related jobs
Conduct marketing training when necessary e.g. new marketing staff, brand training or new business partners
To constantly update the marketing training slides to ensure information are the latest
To prepare for quarterly corporate newsletter
To prepare corporate material and stationery for new store opening (e.g. store policy, receipt roll, membership list and file)
To take charge of CRM materials including maintenance of members database, ensuring that customer information are accurate, communication with customers and suggest ways to increase membership and value adding to current members
Requirements
At least a Degree in Marketing or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing preferably in retail industry
Applicants with working experience in similar capacity (E.g. Advertising, E-commerce, PR Consultancy) will be highly preferred
Team Player with positive learning attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multi-task
