工作职责：
1. 为广州办事处技术、规划及总体运营方面提供战略领导
2. 作为公司总体战略计划的一部分，准备及实施运营战略计划
3. 与各部门协调，评估、规划、达成公司需求
4. 建立机制以招聘及保留优秀人才
5. 在广州办事处创建团队合作及专业发展的和谐氛围
6. 为团队建立明晰目标及绩效指标，奖优惩劣，提升工作奉献精神及专业技术
7. 管理部门预算，建立财务及采购控制制度，并定期报告预算执行情况与计划差异
8. 设计并实施有助于优秀服务达成的流程，包括但不限于事故跟踪及补救、变革管理、服务监测、预警及升级

职位要求：
1. 有3年以上管理经验，优先考虑具备游戏及软件开发行业管理经验者
2. 必须能用英语及普通话流利沟通，并且会粤语的优先考虑
3. 本科学历，或具备相应领域工作经验
4. 深度了解现下技术景观（虚拟主机、网络、系统、储存及其他）、行业趋势及新兴技术
5. 富有热情，并具备领导、激励及管理团队的能力
6. 出众的分析能力及预算管理和规划能力
7. 致力于创建和谐团队，帮助个人发挥潜力及公司取得优异业绩

优先考虑：
1. 曾从事24x7大规模在线运营或IT服务或3D/2D平面设计领域工程师
2. 熟悉Agile软件开发管理方式（Scrum或其他）
3. 对电脑游戏富有热情，特别是休闲社交游戏及虚拟世界游戏
4. 具备在游戏开发工作室工作经验


Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic leadership, to all functional teams within the local Guangzhou office covering technical, design and general operational functions
2. Prepare and implement the operations strategy plan, as part of the overall company strategy plan
3. Work with all departments to assess, plan, and fulfil company needs
4. Establish practices that lead to excellent talent acquisition and retention
5. Create an atmosphere of collaboration within the local office that emphasizes teamwork and professional development
6. Establish clear goals, and performance targets for the team while rewarding initiative, discipline, dedication and technical excellence
7. Manage the department budget, establishing financial and procurement controls, as well as regularly reporting budget execution status versus plan
8. Plan, and implement processes that lead to excellence in services delivery, including but not limited to incident tracking and remediation, change management, service monitoring, alerting and escalation

Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in management preferably in the games or software development industry
2. Must be able to speak Mandarin and English fluently (Cantonese is ideal)
3. Bachelor Degree, or equivalent working experience in the field
4. In-depth understanding of the current technology landscape (hosting, network, systems, storage, others), as well as industry trends and emerging technology
5. Enthusiasm, and ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
6. Outstanding analytical skills, as well as budget planning and management
7. Passion for building cohesive teams, taking pride in helping individuals achieve their best, and the business achieve outstanding results

Preferred:
1. Previous experience as a hands-on engineer, either in 24x7 high-scale online operations, IT services or 3D/2D graphics and design
2. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, others)
3. Strong passion for computer games especially casual social games and virtual worlds
4. Previous experience in a game development studio
