● 工作职责

1. 负责分析和研究行业以及全球主要区域对能源方案系统集成的规范、标准，并在解决方案开发中落实；

2. 根据能源服务解决方案架构，负责能源服务解决方案整体设计、开发、选型，对供应商进行技术把控，检测和验证供应商产品的质量和性能；

3. 负责制定开发工作计划，主导开发团队的日常工作，跟踪团队开发进度和遗留问题的闭环；

4. 负责输出并持续优化能源解服务决方案系统集成流程和方法（包括区域本地系统集成）；

5. 负责能源服务解决方案集成配电方案设计和系统集成测试，并根据客户需求定制化设计系统方案；

6. 支持重大项目的投标和交付。

● 职位要求

1． 有意愿到华为从事能源服务解决方案开发和集成测试验证工作；

2． 具有6年以上配电设计和实施工作经验，熟悉高低压配电，能够独立完成通信站点配电设计和电力实施设计工作；

3． 具备能源方案集成配电设计能力（如太阳能方案），具备根据客户现网电力情况定制化配电设计的能力；

4． 熟悉电气设备的测试方法（包括混合能源控制器逻辑控制测试等），能够根据客户需求或业界规范要求制定对应的测试方案；

5． 熟悉防雷、安规、EMC规范和要求，并具有相关实践经验；

6． 能够识别供应商产品质量优劣，并制定改进方案；

7． 良好的团队合作精神和人际沟通能力；

8． 英文读写能力良好，口语流利；

9． 大学本科及以上学历（获得学位）；

10． 能够适应国内或者海外长期出差。

Energy Services Solution Development Senior SE

● Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the analysis and research of the norms and standards of the energy solution system in energy industry and major area in the world, and the implement of solution development.

2. Based on the energy services solution architecture, responsible for overall design, development, decision of energy service solution, responsible for technical control, testing and verification of the quality and performance of supplier products.

3. Responsible for the development of work plan, leading the routine work of development team, manage the development progress and left over problems.

4. Responsible for output and optimization of integration processes and methods of energy services solution (including regional local system integration).

5. Responsible for integrated power distribution design and system testing of energy services solutions (including customized solutions).

6. Responsible for the support of major projects bidding and delivery.

● Requirements

1. Willingness to work in Huawei and engaged in job for energy services solutions development, integration testing and validation.

2. With 6+ years power distribution design and implementation experience, familiar with the high and low voltage power distribution; be able to finish communication site power distribution design and implementation independently.

3.With integrated distribution design capability of the energy solution (such as solar solution) and design capability based on the customer’s existing network power system and requirements.

4.Proficient in electrical equipment test methods (including energy hybrid controller logic control testing, etc.), develop the test program according to customer requirements and industry specifications.

5. Proficient in lightning protection, safety regulation, EMC specifications & requirements, and other relevant practical experience;

6.Be able to identify the quality of supplier’s products and make corresponding improvement measures;

7.Good team spirit and interpersonal communication skills, be able to understand customer’s requirements.

8. Good at English reading, writing, and oral communication.

9. Bachelor degree or above;

10. Adapt to long-term domestic or overseas travel.
