Position Purpose：
- Owner of the kitchen hygiene platform for Greater China region. The primary purpose of this role is to develop and implement kitchen hygiene platform short term and long term business strategy.
- Working closely with local R&D team, and regional & global innovation marketers to focus on discovering VOC, drive innovation pipeline, portfolio management and product life cycle management on ware washing and kitchen hygiene applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute mid-long term product roadmap which will meet sales and profit objectives for the business unit. Drive product strategy that delivers Ecolab value position.
- Conduct market research, in order to develop in-depth customer insights, validate new concepts and value the life cycle of the offerings against the key customer requirements and the competitive offerings
- Partner up with R&D team, field service team, supply chain, customer marketers and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovation pipeline that meets timing, cost and performance commitment.
- Develop new program go-to-market plans and to ensure successful product launches
- Category Product line& GP management and optimization

Key Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree with major in Science or innovation marketing. Master is preferred
- At least 5 year experience in marketing or innovation role in MNC.
- Proven marketing leadership capabilities in B2B / or B2C environments, classical marketing skills and training, a blue chip CPG companies desirable
- Experience in new product development, and commercialization
- Excellent communication skills in written and oral English.
- Ability to influence across functions / levels in the organization
- Strong capabilities in project management.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and processes skills
- Proven track record in managing complex project/program.
- Able to work under stressful and multi-task environment
- Willing to travel
