Title: Lead Hardware Engineer
Job Profile:
- To review the hardware project design including schematics/calculation files/Hardware architecture review/Hardware design gate view;
- To lead the VAVE/benchmark activities
- To lead the platform design and the maintenance
- To do hardware trouble shooting and provide the technical solution;
- To provide design guidance/training to hardware team member in term of hardware design;
- To provide emergency work support to the team
- To plan the strategic technical path for team according the company's objectives
Job Qualifications:
?Above 7 years in Hardware Development
?At least 5 years automotive electronics experience
?Hardware development of Automotive parts (Cluster, Display, HVAC, BCM, etc.)
?Knowledge in Digital and Analog electronics
?Automotive Components selection and qualification knowledge
?CAN/LIN communication, PCB Layout design experience , EMC knowledge, Design Justification/Worst Case Calculation, DFMEA experience is a must, Optical knowledge is a plus, RF/LF knowledge/experience preferred, Simulation knowledge/experience preferred
?MENTOR Graphics, MS Office + Microsoft Project/Visio
Ability to empower others to achieve results through motivation, recognition and performance feedback ?
Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives ?
Ability to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of people & to lead negotiations ?
Ability to recognize, respond to customer expectations with sense of urgency and even increase expectations ?
Ability to take actions, decisions & to generate ideas, products, processes in promised timely manner; involvement in designs or other work requiring creative imagination ?
Ability to take full responsibility for decisions & results even when all elements are not under individual direct control ?
Ability to set goals in consistency with company objectives and to adapt plans to changing environment
