JOB TITLE: Sales Manager-CHC
Location: Beijing
1. PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
Develop CHC( County and Community Hospitals) market. Work close with regional sales manager and distributors to create a new distribution network and achieve sales goals.
(1)long-term strategy on low-end market.
(2)Build and develop a dedicated sales network of distributors and sub-dealers to cover the CHC market in the assigned area.
(3)Dedicated to the county (rural) hospitals and primary healthcare centers’ sales.
(4)Cover all product ranges.
(5)This is a new market for the company and we aim to prepare the field for future products dedicated to low-end market. Being proactive is key to build the success step by step.
2. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
Experience & Personality:
(1)Distribution network management experience.
(2)3+ years’ sales related experience in health-care industry (device, imaging, pharma…) IVD preferable.
(3)Market knowledge and experience on county/community hospitals.
(4)Strong local network in hospitals and provincial health bureau.
(5)Tendering and reimbursement application experience.
(6)Able to coordinate and lead a task force to accomplish sales target.
(7)Have experience in dealing with Health bureau and other healthcare institution.
(8)Travel in the region.
(9)Proactivity, enthusiasm, open-mindness and communication skills are required.
Education & Knowledge:
(1)Bachelor’s Degree or above in Medical Diagnosis/life science or related majors.
(2)Good English skill of reading and writing.
(3)Good computer knowledge.
