Responsibilities:
Consolidate group reports on timely manner
Develop, evaluate and monitor the operation of the group by setting up a systematic and scientific financial control system and meet the company's financial KPI
Analyze project/business operation, financial results and health of group.
Co-ordinate short term and long term financial plans.
Identify, understand, analyze and communicate deviations from plans and forecasts with recommendations for potential solution and improvements.
Initiate, analyze and interpret group financial information for management decision making and execution.
Liaise with offices on regional management reporting matters.
Advise and assist Financial Controller in all aspects of financial controls, reviews and planning.
Monitor performance of operating units, highlight and investigate significant issues/concerns; make recommendations/implement corrective measures.
Conduct independent review and evaluations of operating units' financial/operational policies and procedures for the purpose of improving the efficiency and effectiveness.
Enforce internal control system such that the assets and revenues are under effective control.
Participate in system/process integration

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in accountancy/ business administration or related discipline, master is preferable but not a must.
Around 10 working experience, in which at least 5 years in managerial position in a sizable multinational companies. Region/ Corporate experience is preferable but not a must.
Good commend on Mandarin and English.
Station in Shanghai, China.
Strong commercial and analytical sense, as well as leadership skills.
Strategic, analytical and creative thinker with the ability to solve complex problems.
