Accounting Manager, Location: Changning District

Report to: Trading and Share Service Controller
Sub:9
Position Summary:
? Provide leadership to Shanghai and Hong Kong Trading accounting team which have 9 staff
? As the business partner, provide professional support and build efficient communication with Company Trading team;
? In charge of accounting shared service of Trading company which including GL/Reporting function, AR management, AP management, Fixed Assets management, Tax compliance and internal control as well as SOA management;
? Develop & Streamline GL Reporting/AP/AR/Tax/SOA/FA process;
? Assist in monthly closing, quarter closing and year end closing deliverables, ensuring timely preparation and accurate submission of actual financial resulting/reporting /templates;
? Monthly/Quarterly closing schedule control;
? Complete financial reports according time schedule, timely and accurate;
? Periodically accounts balance review;
? Contact window with internal and external audit and providing related supporting;
? Place proper controls to ensure group and country policies compliance. SOA annual circle be proper managed;
? Intercompany transaction reconciliation and tracking;
? Project supports;
? People management & development, KPI set up for team member

Describe the Person
? Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
? Accounting/ business management background or qualification;
? ERP system experience such as SAP/Oracle/iScala; master Microsoft office tools, esp. Excel;
? High analytical skills and good communication skills
? Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting;
? Good Communication Skill/good interface with different function people;
? Fluent communication in Chinese and English;
? Knowledge of USGAAP and PRC GAP
? Describe the most important Leadership competencies required of the individual. (5-8 competencies from VBLD, TOP 3 are mandatory competencies)
? Team management experience; good leadership skill
? Self-motivation, proactive, and innovative
? Can be working under pressure
? Change orientation
? Result and quality orientation
? Working experience in big 4 or international consulting firm is preferred
