POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose

Get task assignment from supervisor to execute installation, maintenance and service

由主管分配任务进行安装、维修及客户服务

Nature and Scope

The technician would get a scheduled task list at the beginning of the week. For installation, the technician must review the relative system information and work with contractors to get all necessary materials/equipments prepared to ensure job done just once under company’s standard. Upon installation finished, the necessary documents should be provided.

每周工程师会收到一周工作计划；对于安装客户，工程师必须仔细阅读相关系统信息表，并和承包商协调准备所有必备的材料、设备，以确保工作可以在公司标准内一次完成。一旦工作完成，所有必备的文件必须及时提供。

Technician is responsible to get the system commissioned and customer trained within the standard. Also will come to customer when there’s maintenance or service requested. Occasionally the technician need to handle urgent customer maintenance and service in shortest time out of normal working hours.

同时工程师还负责按照公司要求进行系统调试、客户培训；有需要时进行设备维修和客户服务；有时工程师需要在工作时间以外处理紧急的客户维修和服务。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1, Follow the company standard and working process

遵守公司标准和工作流程；

2, Supervise contractors on site for safety and quality

监管和指导施工承包商在客户现场的压力容器和压力管道安装的施工安全和施工质量

3, Delivery best customer experience and highest quality during installation, maintenance and service

提供最佳的客户体验和最高的服务质量，无论是安装、维修或者是服务

4, Perform maintenance and service at customer site on the company equipments

根据主管安排在客户现场对公司的设备进行维修、维护，包括低温压力容器、管道、仪表等设施

5, Provide proactive activity of maintenance and service in the responsible territory

能够自主对所在区域的客户进行预防性保养和客户维护

6, Report to supervise on any abnormal situation on equipments or customer site condition

有任何设备和现场异常应及时汇报

7, Help company to collect customer information as soon as possible and as much as possible.

帮助公司尽可能的收集客户的信息

8, Promote the company’s products and services to customers, whenever the opportunity arises

在有条件的情况下，推荐公司的产品和服务。

9, Control site construction to get lowest installation cost within standard

控制现场施工成本，在满足公司及国家标准下降低成本

10. Provide technical proposal including budgetary cost and engineering selection like equipments, pipeline, valves etc.

根据客户需求提供系统技术方案，包括预算、阀门和设备选型、管道工程设计等

College School degree on chemical engineering maintenance and above

大专以上学历，化工机械或机电专业

Engineering or Manufacturing Background at least 3 years

工程或化工机械制造、检修、安装背景至少3年

Knowledgeable on pressure vessel, pipeline system and accessories

对压力容器结构、管道系统及附件安装要求非常熟悉

Driving license is mandatory

必须有驾照

Good PC skill, CAD drawing capability

良好的电脑操作技能，能使用电脑绘图软件AutoCAD
