POSITION SUMMARY
Purpose
To provide customers of the company with the high standards of service the company’s reputation has been built upon, by effecting the efficient delivery of company goods and services, as, when and where required. To ensure the image of the company is upheld through their appearance as well as that of their vehicle in addition to their personal conduct at all times.
根据调度安排,代表公司给客户提供高质量、高标准的送货服务,任何时候CSO都应通过个人以及车辆的形象维护公司的声誉。
Nature and Scope
The job holder is the Customer Service Operator in short as CSO. In this job, the CSO operates the vehicle costing 270000USD and makes round trips with around 8-10 drops per day. The driving mileage would be averagely 5000-6000km.
本岗位的名称为客户服务专员,简称CSO。在该岗位上,CSO操作价值270000USD的车辆,每天送8-10家客户,每月的驾驶公里数约5000-6000公里。
On the morning of the trip, the CSO need to download and print out the trip information by PDT and follow the instruction from the centralized schedulers. Once out of the terminal, the CSO need to report any abnormal situation including tanker problem, customer site restriction, volume in-sufficient, traffic, and incident/near miss. After all delivery finished, CSO would load the tanker from ASU plant or Depot tanks.
早上出车前,CSO需要使用手持数据终端(PDT)下载行程信息,根据中央调度室指令进行送货。一旦离开配送中心,CSO需要随时汇报任何异常情况,包括槽车,客户现场,货不足,交通堵塞,事故及隐患等等,当所有送货任务结束后,CSO需要在工厂或配送中心将槽车装满货。
In this job, safety is the most important factor. The assessment for the CSO including Vehicle Accident Frequency Rate(VAFR), Lost Time Incident(LTI), number of incident and loss of the incident.

As the doorkeeper of the business working with the customers most closely and frequently, the CSO represent the image of the company. So the CSO should bring customer best experience and disciplined operation.

The most challenging part of the job is to perform the driving and delivery always consistently with standards, reduce distribution cost and meanwhile make customer happy as well.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1, To follow the procedures as defined in Distribution Manual.
严格遵守司机手册要求。
2, To safeguard company and customers’ property assigned to them, or utilised in the course of their duties and report loss or defects immediately to the company.
保护公司和客户财产,任何时候第一时间汇报损失和缺陷。
3, To comply with Health and Safety law and all pertinent laws governing the driving of commercial vehicles carrying a hazardous substance or not. To take precautions to safeguard the company’s operator’s licence.
遵守职业安全标准和法律。
4, To report any competitive activity and information to the company as soon as possible.
及时汇报竞争对手的行为和信息
5, Help company to collect customer information as soon as possible and as much as possible.
帮助公司尽可能收集客户信息。
6, To promote the company’s products and services to customers, whenever the opportunity arises.
在有条件的情况下,推荐公司的产品和服务。
7, To provide holiday and sickness cover at depots when requested by an appropriate authority.
必要时支持其他区域运行,例如其他区域员工有休假或病假等
8, To repair customer installation as requested by an appropriate authority.
有授权情况下对客户站进行简单维修
9, To operate a fork lift truck when instructed to by an appropriate authority.
有授权、持证情况下可操作叉车
10, Input delivery information into the PDT or computer.
在手持掌上电脑上输入送货信息
11, Complete any paper work in professional manner such as trip report, installation checklist and vehicle inspection checklist.
以专业水准完成所有书面报告,包括行程报告、车辆检查表、充装前检查表等等
12, To carry out any other reasonable task as requested by an appropriate authority.
完成主管安排的其他合理的工作任务
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.Good defensive driving skill and employed as commercial vehicle drivers no less than 5 years.
良好的防御驾驶技能,不低于5年的职业驾驶经历;
2.The other criteria listed in drivers handbook—Selection and qualification.
满足司机手册的选择和认证条件
3.Service oriented or good communication skill.
良好的沟通技巧,一切以服务为出发点
4.Have strong experience to understand the road in downtown area and can optimize route by themselves.
