Job Responsibility:

• Management of Costa's entire month end control and reporting process. This includes the timely and accurate delivery of a suite of management reports encompassing all aspects of a rapidly growing, multi channel and different regional business expansion. This role will need to develop and adapt to this rapid pace of growth.
• Development and establishment of all Costa financial reports for review by the Costa SH and UK team.
• Day to day responsibility of the financial and operational control framework, working with the FM and internal audit to ensure robust controls are embedded throughout the JV business
• Control of the monthly accounts reconciliation process and production of the month end control file
• Management of a larger team as the business grows

Job Requirement:

• Graduate-calibre qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, ACA). Minimum 7 years PQE.
• Significant experience of working in and leading a reporting and control team.
• Experience of international company working experience.
• Experience of reporting and control in a multi-site hospitality or retail business
• Commercial finance experience supporting an operational director or business unit.
• Leadership, planning and motivation of a demographically diverse team
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Ability to identify key areas. Know instinctively when to get into the detail and when to take a step back.
