Job Responsibility:

• To collect, communicate, and monitor fulfillment of stores’ orders on daily basis
• To arrange stores’ delivery plans, and make effective arrangements among different suppliers
• To solve or escalate stores’ enquiries or issues caused from orders and deliveries
• To brief and train stores of supply chain ordering process, ordering matrix, and instructions of each order template
• To make full use of the system to support the orders fulfillment
• To improve logistics performance, and to manage 3PL cold chain logistics suppliers and update SOP/KPI

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree (logistics major is preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years’ logistics related working experience (3PL, cold chain, international trading is a plus)
• Logistics projects proven experience
• Extensive external customer interface experience
• Microsoft software (i.e. word, excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Mastery in local language, and good at English
• Effective interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
• Team spirit, responsible, dynamic, vital, frank, concrete, demanding
