Principle Role Objectives:
1.Deliver installation, commissioning, repair and preventative maintenance services at customer sites.
2.Preparation/installation and commissioning of servo-hydraulic actuators and road simulator and other hydraulic accessories at customer laboratory
3.Doing the final acceptance test of servo hydraulic test system and hand over to customer
4.Communication between IST German project management/sales and the customer about the content of commissioning work
5.Provision of commissioning material for the customer and give customer training of servo hydraulic system and operation
6.Inspection of customer working site before the commissioning is started and organize the project meeting with customer to fix the commissioning schedule
7.Participation in project meeting with IST China local partner companies to understand and communicate the interface information and establish a working schedule for both side to execute.
8.Document all service activities compliant with applicable quality management system / accreditation documents.
9.Actively generate qualified sales leads. Promote sales of additional IST product offerings (systems, accessories & service products).
10.Continuous improvement of technical and non-technical skill sets via company sponsored training classes.
11.Temporary / non-traditional assignments may be given by your manager
12.Work with sales engineer and project engineer to arrange or organize site work
13.Coordination for the agenda of installation and commissioning and the preparation of the site work including the provision of the interface information to IST partner company, monitoring the partner's work and time schedule.



Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree. ( Control/ Automation and/or computer science background )
2. 3 years working experiences in commissioning of servo hydraulic test system in automotive laboratory
3. Knowledge about servo hydraulic system and automotive durability testing.
4. Good English is a must (read, write, oral communication).
5. Troubleshooting experience
6. Ready to frequent travel.
