Job Purpose:

To support HR functions in sales incentive management, C&B reports, survey and analysis, benefits enhancement and program design to enhance organizational effectiveness and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Incentive Be responsible for sales incentive, including monthly calculation, analysis, design, proposal and communication

HR operations implementation

1. Support manager to ensure the compliance, including policies and processes.

2. Improve HR operation processes to meet business needs.

Reports & Projects

1. Fulfill various C&B reports accurately and timely.

2. Participate in annual Salary & Benefits survey and conduct hoc mini survey as key contributor.

3. Provide data analysis support to managers.

4. Support manager in other C&B projects.

Communication and Others

1. Manager the relocation programs including local staff and expatriate, short term or long term

2. Conduct C&B training and organize meeting with business.

3. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

1. Retailed industry preferred;

2. Bachelor degree or above;

3. Majored in Human Resources/Organizational Management/English is preferred;

4. Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills;

5. High energy, sense of urgency and results-oriented with global mind-set;

6. Solid skills and experiences in C&B function especially in sales incentive, C&B projects and data analysis;

7. At least 5 years working experiences in multi-national companies;

8. Be service-minded, proactive, accountable, passionate and self-motivated;

9. Strong capability to quickly understand business operations;

10. Can work under high pressure;

11. Good command of English and Chinese;

12. Proficiency in Microsoft office application software;
