职位描述
Job Description
1. Responsible for defining annual account/partner plan for each regional named account/partner and get appropriate approval. He/she will be one of the key members to coordinate ad execute the account/partner plan.
2. The Account Manager is responsible for the ongoing identification, development, and assessment of business opportunities, including cross brands like IT, design services and digita marketin, with key accounts. He/She will be responsible for developing extensive relationships from working level to “C-Level” executive and senior management, within client organizations which will lead to him/her being viewed as a "trusted advisor."
3. The Account Manager will develop an extensive portfolio of strategic IT appliction and services opportunities and select the most attractive opportunities based on proactive market screening, account targeting and business analysis techniques for potential engagement. You will work collaboratively with other Bamboo units and other partners as appropriate. You will be responsible for the ongoing qualification of these opportunities and recommend whether the opportunity should be formally engaged by pre-sale team and senior management team, disqualified.
4. The Account Manager owns the opportunity until formal engagement, facilitates the transition to engagement, and stays involved after engagement, as appropriate.
5. Visit clients regularly to collect feedback and work closely with project teams to keep a good satisfation of defferent stakeholders.
6. Attend Weekly Account Management meeting and responsible to report the status/progress to Bamboo senior management.
7. Based in Guangzhou with regular travels to Hong Kong and other cities
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above. MBA/EMBA is a plus. Oversea education and working experience is an advantage.
2. Have +10 sales and account management working experience with proven track succssful sales record. Have good business knowledge understanding in some key industries like logestics, retail, manfacture, insurance, etc. Sales working experience in IT application and service category and solutions (like CRM, POS, eCommerce) would be a big advantage.
3. Strong communication skills especially with good experience to deal with different functional professionals in the following expertises such as IT, marketing, purchasing, etc.
4. Strong collaboration mindset to work together with different units during the end to end selling cycle.
5. Proactive and aggressive to get things done.
6. English, Mandarin should be fluent. Good Cantonese is a plus.
