AECOM Economics provides applied economic analysis and strategic planning services to a wide range of clients. We work primarily in real estate, public facilities, entertainment and leisure, and land use policy and planning. Our clients include private entities, government agencies, and non-profits.


Responsibilities:
· 进行地区和区域性宏观经济研究、产业政策及市场研究；
Researching work in Regional Macro-Economic Industry policy and marketing issues.
· 针对区域经济、产业发展，新城开发、旧城改造和新农村建设、土地运营等问题，为非政府组织提供咨询服务；
Provide consultative services to Government and Non-government agencies regarding Regional economic/Industry development/New town development/City Regeneration/New Socialist countryside/Land-based development, etc.
· 为城市发展、产业规划、园区开发、旅游开发等项目提供策略建议；
Provide solutions and strategies for city development/Industry park construction/Tourism development projects.
· 负责项目的技术指导。
Technical support for projects


Requirements:
· 区域经济、产业经济等相关专业的博士学位或硕士研究生3年以上类似从业经验；
· Doctor degree in regional/Industry economics or Master degree with 5 years relevant work experiences.
· 具备较强的模型构建能力
Strong ability to establish economic model.
· 强烈的责任心，求知欲，适应于高强度、项目运作型的工作环境；
A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment.
· 具备出色的语言沟通和写作能力（中英文听说读写）；
Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English essential. Excellent communication and writing skills are a must.
· 具有较强的办公类软件使用技能；
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.
· 拥有相关的区域发展、产业规划等项目开发经验者优先。
With project experiences related to regional development and industry planning would be much better.
