Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping of G/L entries during the in-transit period of accounting operation centralization

- Reconcile accounts and check the accuracy of journal entries to ensure that the general ledger is accurate and complete with stationery filings and soft-copies.

- Handling with the reconciliation, cross-charge stuff of Inter/Intra companies or sub-offices

- Closely work with Share Service Center (SSC), being a good coordinator to assist Finance Manager on the settlements of accounting issues between local team, SSC and inter/intra-companies.

- Support SSC to maintain management book and local books.

- Assist Finance Manager in coordination of annual statutory audit

- Support Finance Manager on dealing with the Intermittent internal audit requirement

- Assist in other Incidental jobs assigned by Finance Manager

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in finance/accounting preferable

- Fluent in spoken and written and reading English

- Strong communication skills and problem solving skills

- Quick learner & willing to take up growing responsibility

- Independent, self-motivated & able to work under pressure
