职位描述
I. Primary Purpose
This position takes part in supply chain application system design, development, testing and implementation service. He / She lead business Analysis / coordinator to liaise with users/NY IS team on the detail requirements of enhancement request after the request has been approved. This position establishes a quality deploy structure and communication channel with internal and external users (raw material supplier’s and service provider’s system users) to deploy system to them.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Collect and analyze system application user requirement and coordinate with NY IS team to enhance the system and deploy to users
2. Coordinate and help US IS partners to deploy corporate system to Asia
3. Lead business Analysis / Coordinator to deliver a quality solution to internal and external user
4. Support integration between SAP and other systems
5. Establish system user community and keep inform system knowledge and information
III. Dimensions
This position works with 50% internal users and 50% external users (Service provider and raw material suppliers.
IV. Education & Experience Requirements
a) Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
b) Min. 5 years supply Chain applications experiences
c) SAP/ system and Web Portal system experiences are preferred
d) Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with persuasive power in interacting with internal/external customers at all levels for mutual benefits
e) Knowledge in web-based programming development and trouble-shooting
f) Strong capabilities in evaluating technical solutions, identifying and managing problems and provide advice/resolution to meet user requirements
g) SAP/ PTC-PLM system experiences is preferred
h) Hands-on experience in SAP query, SAP functional specification SAP technical specification
i) Proficient on English speaking and writing skills.
