职位描述
Purpose:
Execute and support the execution of all Talent, Performance and Succession Management processes and tools. Ensure that employees better understand their individual growth opportunities through career pathing. Make succession risks transparent within area of responsibility and follow up on solutions to cover them.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute the performance and succession strategy.
Support the creation of simple and innovative, best-in-class processes and tools that support the business strategy and make organizational development an integral part of leadership.
Be the radar for organizational and people needs within area of responsibility across all generations and feed insights into the CoE to shape the overall people strategy.
Educate and enable line management and HR managers in all performance and succession relevant processes and responsibilities.
Execute the strategic topics Talent, Performance & Succession management within area of responsibility.
Monitor execution of all processes/ tools and analyze Talent, Performance & Succession data within area of responsibility, report on predefined metrics and ensure operational excellence.
Act as a catalyst by feeding organizational and people needs through the CoE Performance & Succession into the HR organization.
Implement and sustain Talent, Performance & Succession processes and systems within area of responsibility.
Facilitate meetings with all HR managers that contribute to the Talent Review Meetings to create transparency and find solutions for organizational and employee needs across all generations and make insights transparent to shape the overall people strategy.?
Essential tasks:
Train line managers, local Talent resources and HRM on all relevant tools and processes to ensure execution quality and results.
Apply, review and quality assure communication and marketing materials, tools & training concepts for the relevant user groups.
Compile Talent Review Meeting results on the global platform to provide transparency on the Succession situation per lines of business, including gap analysis and action planning.
Define and facilitate cross functional Talent and Succession discussions with HRMs.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure quality and efficiency of data.
Track execution, analyse available data and provide overview about key learnings to CoE. Follow-up on prioritized topics, propose new solutions and drive change.
Assure process and execution quality through regular reporting on defined metrics, analyse available data and provide overview about key learnings.
Key Relationships:
HR Heads/Managers (Markets, Functions, Brands) within defined area of responsibility
Business Leaders and employees/ Talents
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of 8 years of work experience within different areas of an international cooperation (HQ, Region, Area/Sub), preferably within HRM and T&D.
Strong business mindset with a natural curiosity to learn about business processes.
Strong facilitation, presentation and influencing skills.
Balanced executional and conceptual capabilities with a pragmatic approach.
Proven track record in putting concepts & tools into practice (sell, implement & sustain).
Able to build rapport easily and to coach, consult and enable line managers as well as HR managers.
Proactive and effective communication and networking skills on Senior Management Team level.
Strong analytical skills that enable to extract the right information and draw valid conclusions.
International mindset and English Fluency is required.
