Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Manage and drive the implementation of all Functional and Behavioral Learning in the Asia Pacific region to ensure that all employees have access to focused, relevant and impactful learning opportunities that will enhance their functional knowledge and develop their behavioral competence. This includes management of all learning technologies, instructor led training, learning services, and functional training across the Asia Pacific region with a special emphasis on driving Retail Training in the region. Be an active part of the functional Learning Team within CoE Talent.?

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of the blended learning strategy to drive the content transformation process for Corporate University in Asia Pacific
Lead the process for collecting and prioritizing training requirements from various lines of business (LOB��s) in the region (commercial markets, functions), and manage learning demand
Drive the communication and delivery of all solutions within the global learning catalogue of Functional and Behavioral learning offers (Retail University, Peak), Seasonal (Product updates, Events, New Technologies), Behavioral (Fit for Today, Fit to Lead) and Back Office training within Asia Pacific
Coach, manage and develop the regional Learning team and drive synergies and efficiencies that come with increased scale
Working collaboratively with HR and the Retail business, successfully drive and manage Retail Training in the CoE Talent APAC geography, including Retail Training Teams, training resources, business and training needs analysis, budgets, processes, systems, etc�� with a strong focus on developing and driving our Retail Training efforts across Greater China
Ensure that various lines of business are supported where required with the translation of training content and logistics of bringing content ��to market��
Ensure that LOB��s are supported by ensuring a sufficient and qualified facilitator pool to maintain high-quality and consistent delivery across the adidas Group in Asia Pacific
Ensure that impact evaluation tools and processes are used to measure the impact and ROI of training across the business. Take responsibility for the reporting of learning data to Asia Pacific stakeholders and our global partners
Monitor the phase 1 implementation of the Learning Portal (LMS) and plan, implement, and manage future phases including the provision of blended learning content for Asia Pacific
Conduct Industry benchmarking in alignment with CoE Learning and maintain external contacts and networks
Be the voice of APAC in the global functional Learning team: Oversee alignment, communication and sharing of best practice with the Global team and other Satellites
Manage allocated CoE Learning Asia Pacific ?budget and strict approvals process

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Be forward thinking and a futurist of the direction of corporate learning, while maintaining a pragmatic approach to execution in the region
Understanding of? Adult Learning theory and learning constructs such as A.D.D.I.E
Strong experience in retail / fashion / fast moving consumer goods and /or Commercial Functions with notable experience in Retail training
Highly integrative with strong business mind, data focus and results orientation
International mindset
Fluent in English with 2nd language of Mandarin preferred
