In this role, reporting to our China BU Operation Manager, you are tasked to:

• Recruit, train and certify a pool of Store Performance Evaluators to be timely deployed for our premium and luxury brand customer projects;
• Coordinate field work for timely completion and reporting of market surveys;
• Follow all company’s standards and SOP while coordinating the projects along with standard reporting procedures;

You bring to this position good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; persistence, resistance to pressure and respect of deadline; a high sense of honesty and integrity, that you support by:

• Associate Degree or above;
• At least one proven experience in scheduling, logistic or project management in the service industry, ideally in a retail environment;
• Good written English (CET – 4).
