Regional Sales Manager (世界500强,通讯行业网络能源产品主流供应商,广阔发张前景)
Sales to develop and to build up new distribution selling territory in Northeast China and north China to support KAD continue selling increase .Demonstrate ability to lead and mange different distributors and channels to meet organization’s expectation of success in China. Meet customer and market demand of service closely.
Responsibilities:
- Managing distribution to focus on design win and revenue.
- Develop new business in Northeast region in field of Medical, Railway and Automation etc.
- Update in weekly the new demand creation, design in and design win pipelines.
- Find and penetrate into new industry segments e.g. LED Lighting.
- Frequent travel to northeast China (Tianjin, Shenyang, Dalian, Changchun, Harbin)
- Work closer with other divisions and BU within Embedded Computing & Power.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Electronics or engineering.
- At least 3-5 years electronics sales experience.
- Familiar with medical, railway and other industry segment customer base in northeast region.
- Power or Analog devices selling knowledge base is preferred.
- Distribution training and management skills.
- Strong value retention selling passion.
- Good English language spoken and written ability.
- Team player is a must
