Role Title: Marketing SpecialistLocation (Region, Country, Site): BeijingROLE PURPOSE The specialist is responsible for providing strategic online communications support in the development, implementation and management of a consistent national communications program, with a primary focus on facilitating and reinforcing market/brand awareness.ACCOUNTABILITIES Assist Marketing Manager in the creation and implementation of a sustainable national communications strategy and plan (Online); Participate in communications initiatives such as promotion campaigns and drafting of press releases; Help to source and regularly interact with external media and agency; help to maintain strong relationships with them and initiate press releases, media briefings, etc. to regularly raise visibility in the target press outlets; Identify high-profile public opportunities for business leaders to ensure high-level visibility in the local market. Organize community activities and engage participation of dealers. Work closely and cooperate with the other Marketing team members to facilitate corporate events and incentives; Promote and encourage employee communications and internal info-sharing (internal e-magazine, news bulletins etc.) to ensure consistency of brand-related initiatives; Collaborate with and support Marketing team in broader initiatives such as company conferences; Ensure timely updates of corporate websites. Attend weekly marketing meetings and submit to-do status reportsRequirements on knowledge & skills: Knowledge: Bachelor degree in Marketing or related Good English skills both oral and written Familiar with PC applications, include Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat Skills: Formal Marketing experience >1 years, or excellent graduate student Willingness to learn and potential of development Good communication skills Strong sense of ownership and initiative Team spirit Creative, Self-motivated Well-organized, attentive to details Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, aggressive timelines as well as multiple overlapping projects at one time
