任职要求：

1. 负责协助制订本部门各项相关管理制度、岗位职责及工作流程；

2. 负责协助制订本部门年度、季度、月度工作计划，并组织实施；

3. 负责拟写本部门的月度及年度工作总结报告；

4. 负责培养销售工程师，并承担个人销售任务及部门销售任务

5. 负责工程公司客户关系的管理；

6. 参与公司品牌推广方案制定及实施



岗位要求：

1、有五年以上安防行业销售经验， 有知名安防企业工作经历，行业用户资源者优先录用。

2、擅长与客户建立关系，具有较强的市场开拓能力。

3、有分销商代理商管理经验者优先录用。

4、优秀的沟通能力和销售谈判技巧，团队合作精神。
