1.熟悉淘宝交易规则、网购流程；熟练运用在线聊天工具，旺旺与qq以及office等工作软件；
2.熟悉公司的产品，并向客户热情介绍本公司产品；

3.对客户的咨询、信息查询及疑难问题进行快速、专业的解答，并提出合理化的建议；

4.客户群体的回访、售后跟踪服务；

5.相关报表的制作；

任职条件：

1、大专以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验；

2、有处理电子商务能力，网页及Excel技巧熟练；

3、有责任心，脚踏实地；

4、耐心，仔细，与客户的沟通表达能力强，打字速度快；
