·Responsibility

·Call Center enquires and support, handling order administration errors.

·Review logistics report from (CHNSV daily and respond to RMA receipt.

·Responding to Naya's enquires / handling any issue/mistakes.

· Inventory adjustment in FDM.

·Review shortage report & escalate shortage issue to planners daily.

·Change Ship BU and coordinate with other depots for shipment.

·Coordinate with IT to resolve system issue.

·MSR / Cross Dock shipment instruction to Naya

·E-book adjustment assistance to Naya (providing product info).

·Handle parts storage expiry (1+1 year) at the Naya bonded warehouse.

·Investigate any discrepancy in weekly cycle count.

· Daily Late RMA coding in FDM.

·Review / process In-transit Report.

·Review and approve CI for the shipment for internal orders.

·Internal order tracing and import/export shipment handling via Import Agent ( Including internal departs, DST and other partners ).

·Qualification

·Degree in logistics, business or related field.

·At least 2 years of demonstrated work experience in service parts logistics, especially in reverse logistics with preference in a technology industry.

·Knowledge of 3rd party logistics operations and shipping operations is an advantage.

·English language: Reading - proficient. Written & spoken - basic at minumum.

·Familiar with Microsoft Office with a working knowledge of Microsoft Exel

·Experience with PeopleSoft FDM and Siebel CRM is an advantage.

·Able to work independently with minimum guidance.

·Good interpersonal skills
