PRINCIPAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

？ In charge of cash reimbursement and daily cash & bank work, make sure timely and monthly bank accounts reconciliation;
？ Build up monthly accounting voucher;
？ Check out the computer records of accounts of raw materials, storage and end-checked;
？ Undertake any other related businesses as assigned from Dept manager;
？ Supervise the inventory and fix assets.



JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE

? ACEDAMIC

- College degree or above with major of Finance or Accounting.

? SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

- Preferably above 2-year working experience in multi-national freight forwarding company at related working experiences.
- Good knowledge of PC skill including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate both English and Chinese
- Accounting Certificate is a must;
- Good accounting knowledge and basic tax knowledge;
- Honest, careful, flexible, good communication and team work spirit
