Roles & Responsibilities
· Act as the main contact person for internal colleagues inquire regarding office admin needs and provides solution in a timely manner
· Responsible for daily plant administrative operations to up-keep the office and manage the office needs including security, office supply etc.
· Manage all transportation/accommodation logistics for all visitors to the factory
· Archiving of all administration documentations, which including but not limited to business license, all kind of Administration contract, etc.
· Support company activities such as Annual parties and events, customer visits and employee activities
· Work with customer for admin related work coordination
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor degree, major in Administration Management or related
· At least 2 years working experience in international company as the same or related position
· Good command of MS software (word & excel) and good time management skill
· Must be patient, responsible, diligent, organized and detail oriented
· Proven organizational skills and ability to finish task on time and ensure accuracy
· Strong communication ability both in Chinese & English
· Proven ability to handle the confidential data
