Purpose of the Job
· Contributes to providing business support to managers and employees in Suzhou Office, which include, but not limited to the daily support for the areas of HR, admin & account management
Be the point of contact for any support needed or issues raised from the employees in Suzhou Office
Roles and Responsibilities
· Act as the contact window in Wicresoft Suzhou for daily business support and provide solution in a timely manner
· Work with corporate HR team to coordinate/drive the hiring, training and employee development and retention activities
· Work with corporate Account Team to maintain and develop the relationship with customer
· Work with corporate Admin Team to provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to employees and managers
· Manage, receive and archive Suzhou Office operation related documents and files
· Support other function department such as finance and procurement on particular request or activities
Qualifications/Requirements:
Essential
· Minimum 2 years of administration or HR assistant experience in supporting multiple locations and/or businesses
· Strong organizational skills
· Very high attention to detail
· Ability to drive processes
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to prioritize work from multiple clients in a high volume environment
· Integrity to manage confidential information
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
Desirable
· BA/BS degree in business administration, human resources or related discipline
· Staffing or HR administration experience
· Supporting teams across multiple regions
· Reporting and analytical experience
· Independent, ability to handle ambiguity situation
