Job Responsibilities:
? On behalf of Industrial Services China as Single point of management control at site
? Establish project team, coach, motivate and develop project team members and site staffs
? Develop site service process, and execute the assembly work timely and accurately.
? Arrange the team work and ensure project plan be performed effectively and client's service request be responded timely.
? Responsible to develop emergency response plan and ensure emergency be handle effectively.
? Responsible to set up oveall good relationship with the client and ensure the service be aligned with the goal.
? Ensure client satisfaction by providing seamless interface into client's representative;
? Control the operation cost and expense within the budget to ensure a good financial performance.
? Engage in the compilation and delivery the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to client
? Lead the team to fully comply with EHS policy of the client and the company.
? Team workload modification
? Be responsible for quality & cost of on-site service
? Other tasks assigned by superior.


Requirements:
？ Operations management experience in a JV manufacturing environment, preferably with Auto Tier 1 suppliers
？ good conceptual understanding of manufacturing logistics and sequenced JIT delivery
？ Willingness to work & live in Changshu for at least 3 years
？ A driving license with manual transmission vehicles preferred
？ Good teamwork spirit, strong responsibility, open –minded and self-motivated;
？ Good written and spoken English;
？ 1Oyears’ experiences at least
？ University graduate with engineering or science degree
