Job Summary
基于与业务支持部门、财务计划与分析部、客户服务部、业务发展部门、专家中心及地区职能支持团队的协作,地区总监领导由区域经理组成的营运团队,在管辖区域内执行公司中国的战略计划。通过保证营运品质以及不断提高于员工专业水平使我们的客户及顾客满意,通过储备和发展人力资源,达到利润有机增长的目标,实现集团2015雄心计划。
Collaborate closely with his/her Business Units support functions, FP&A, Client Services, Business Development and CofEX and regional Support Function teams, as the leader of an operation team made of Area Managers, the Regional Director has to implement BU strategy in China within his/her region. He/She must ensure that we satisfy our clients and customers through service delivery excellence and the professional development of our employees. He/she is responsible to prepare and develop the human resources in order to achieve his/her own profitable organic growth objectives in line with Ambition 2015.

向事业部运营总监提交年度客户关系计划并实施该计划
?
Propose to BU National Operation Director the Annual Relationship Plan per Client then implement it.
?
理解客户需求并按照事业部制定的计划进行客户满意度调查,通过分析调查结果制定行动计划
?
Understand expectations of Clients and manage the client survey at a frequency defined by BU. In particular analyze survey results and define action plan.
?
续签合同,确保合同保有率
?
Ensure the retention by the renewal of our contracts.
?
确保新签合同与业务发展部门的顺利交接以及开张
?
In particular ensure site openings are well transitioned between BD and operations and well mobilized by operations.
?
地区总监需要具有主动性,前瞻性,积极推进改进计划并定期向客户提交行动方案,有效实现客户及公司业务目标,参与续签合同
?
He/she is pro-active, foster innovation and present action plan on regular basis to Client in order to reach both Client and Sodexo objectives, and anticipate the renewal.
营运品质与顾客Operational Excellence & Customers

确保执行合适的标准化操作流程与服务,包括使用品牌可见度工具(如标识)
?
Ensure the implementation of appropriate Standard Operating Procedures and Offers, including customer visibility tools (i.e. signage).
?
按照事业部要求,确保业务发展部门与专家中心制定的品牌和产品在营运点现场的完整体现
?
Ensure the integrity of brand and offers at site as defined by Business Development and CofEx departments under BU requirements.
?
监管顾客反馈处理程序并定期进行顾客满意度调查,确保实施针对投诉的改进补救措施
?
Monitor the implementation of Customer feedback process and the conduct of customer surveys on regular basis. Ensure remedial plans to complaints are done and implemented.

Grow existing services with existing Clients, in particular by leveraging on offer portfolio

在现有客户中发展餐饮管理服务,确保将客户介绍给餐饮管理事业部

Promote the development of Food Services with existing Clients, and ensure they are introduced to Sodexo Food Services BU.

参与新客户开发,带领区域经理及部门经理一起支持业务发展部门的工作,尤其是参与销售进程最后阶段的陈述及部门参观等
?
Take part in development of new Clients by supporting Business Development team and manage his/her AM/UM to facilitate the selling process. Take part in the final steps of the selling process like presentation, the company site visit, etc.
?
收集并汇报市场及竞争对手信息,尤其是公司尚未参加的市场变动(如更换供应商)Collect and report information on market and competitors, in particular market movements (change of supplier) that occur without Sodexo participation.

与部门经理,区域经理一起,发掘识别有潜质成为部门经理的员工
?
Identify and select site employees with potential to be UM; involve UM and AM in the identification process.

发掘识别有潜质成为区域经理的部门经理

Identify and select UM with potential to be AM.
?
为上述员工制订个人发展计划,包括:(a)职位发展规划(b)适当的指导(c)营运现场/非现场培新,使他们完善成为一名部门经理或区域经理所需要的能力
?
Define and plan personalized development program (combination of (a) position evolution (b) appropriate coaching & (c) on-site & off-site training programs) for each “potential UM” and each “potential AM” to acquire the missing competencies to become UM or AM.
?
确保每个“储备部门经理/区域经理职位发展规划”的实施,必要时协助人力资源部进行培训。在经人力资源部要求及运营总监批准后,参与培训
?
Ensure the position evolution decided for each “Potential UM” and “Potential AM” and support HR in the implementation of training programs when necessary. Participate to training programs when required by HR and agreed by NOD.
?
根据部门经理需求定期评估的结果(需要更换的部门经理,现有营运点的扩大,新营运点的开张)及“储备部门经理“资源的定期回顾,招聘和整合有潜力发展为区域经理的部门经理

Recruit and integrate UM with potential to become AM based on regular evaluation of UM needs (UM to replace, existing sites developing, new sites to open) and based on regular review of “potential UM” resources.
?
保证所有的新营运点的开张由事先选定的有经验的现有部门经理或具备部门经理能力的“储备部门经理”负责
?
Ensure 100% of new sites are opened with existing UM having the required experience and therefore pre-selected to open new sites, or with “potential UM” ready to grow in the UM position.
?
根据区域经理需求定期评估的结果(需要更换的区域经理,新产生的职位)及“储备区域经理”资源的定期回顾,招聘和整合区域经理
?
Recruit and integrate AM based on regular evaluation of AM needs (AM to replace, new positions to create) and based on regular
review of “potential AM” resources.

通过关键业绩指标监管一线员工、部门经理及区域经理的保有率,并提交增加员工保有率的建议
?
Monitor site employee, UM & AM retention through KPI and propose any idea or initiative that would contribute to enhance employee retention.

为区域经理制定质量及业绩目标,并管理他们以实现目标。为每一位区域经理做年度评估及其他管理报告
?
Set up qualitative and quantitative objectives for his/her Area Managers, and then manage them to achieve the objectives. Make yearly performance assessment for each AM and other direct reports.

监督管理区域经理为部门经理制订的工作目标并审核部门经理奖金的发放

Control the definition of UM objectives by AM and then validate the calculation of bonus to UM.
?
定期召开地区管理委员会会议,根据需要邀请地区支持团队参加
?
Manage a regional committee with regular collective meeting of his/her direct subordinates plus appropriate regional Support Functions managers.
财务管理及报告Financial Management & Reporting
?
从宏观角度制订预算及预测,监管区域经理对每个部门的行动计划以完成预算目标
?
Establish macro approach for Budget & Forecasts, then monitor AM "site-by-site" action plans to reach Budget.
?
负责完成地区预算,包括营业额(合同续签,可比增长)、毛利润、人员成本;等集团中国执行委员会对地区总监设定的关键业绩指标
?
Accountable for the achievement of the budgets in term of Sales (Retention and Comparable Unit Growth) - Gross Profit – Headcounts, and for other Key Performance Indicators that may be defined by China Executive Committee for RD.
?
通过公司及事业部的报告系统提供完整准确的数据,并对比上一财年预算及结果,分析目标达成情况。对未达标项目,提交相应的行动方案并汇报方案实施进度
?
Provide comprehensive and accurate comments in reporting tools defined by the Company and the BU and analyze the performance situation against last year results and budgets. In case of non-performance, describe action plan decided and status of implementation.
?
监控应收账款情况,尽量减少逾期付款天数
?
Supervise aging report and manage overdue payments (DSO) in the quickest time frame.
质量管理
?
确保部门经理及区域经理理解集团质量标准(营运必做)的意义和重要性,并保证在其地区内的实施
?
Make sure all his/her UM and AM understand the importance and the meaning of all the group quality standards (Incontournables) and guarantee implementation in his/her region.
?
对营运必做中需要改进的部分提出建议
?
Make suggestion to improve Incontournables when irrelevant.
