At least 3 years laboratory testing experience

熟练操作计算机，英语沟通能力
Be skillful in computer operating and English speaking

熟练和精通液压相关测试设备，会操作和设置程序。充分理解振动知识。并且具有独立学习能力
Be familiar with Hydraulic test equipment and can operate and setup test program. Good understanding vibration knowledge, good independently learning and studying capability

职位职责：

1.执行研发测试包括静态和动态测试，扭转测试，疲劳测试，温度加热测试
Perform static and dynamic rate test, torsion test, conical test, fatigue test, temperature controlling

2.培训和考核测试技术人员，安排和管理日常测试工作
Training and evaluate test technician

3.执行并保持实验室工作区域的整洁干净
Daily test job arrangement and keep 5S in laboratory

4.整理并保存工装
Arrange and keep well for test fixture and JIG

5.执行并完成相应测试数据的整理和控制
Complete and arrange test data

6.负责和工装，技术，项目协调测试技术和方法
Communicate with fixture design, and technical, and project for the test assembly and test method

7.熟练操作MTS设备
Have been skillful in MTS equipment testing operation

8.管理和处理实验室日常事务
Manage and handling daily job

9.部门分配的其它工作
Other department jobs assigned by supervisor
