RESPONSIBILITY

- Responsible for the production capacity planning and installation at the assigned CMS supplier side to meet the business growth requirement of Category LED Lamps, which includes:
o Site and layout plan
o Equipment plan
o Lab facilities plan
o Resource plan
o Training plan
- Lead the residence team to manage overall supplier performance management & Continuous Improvement after MS3 together Supplier Quality & SCM:
o Productivity (UPH, or output/person)
o Cost (MVA roadmap, CoNQ)
o Quality (Yield, Product Quality)
o Delivery performance

- Maintenance from MS3 to EOL of product (via change management process):
o Release the repeat tooling of mechanical parts
o Lead the improvement projects (after MS3) at the CMS supplier side with the support from other functions (like SQE, SCM, R&D and Purchasing etc) to optimize the manufacturing process to reduce the cost, better product quality performance etc.
- Manage the ramp up from MS2 to MS3 during NPI projects
- Work with CMS supplier to build up the required competences within supplier’s organization to meet GBU business requirement.
- Support the production transfer projects of the existing products in MP stage among the suppliers within China.
- Support the NPI project team to set up the production facilities at CMS supplier side
- Support SQM to do regular audit at the assigned EMS/ODM supplier side
- Report the overall supplier performance on regular basis for management review

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University education in a technical discipline.
- More than 7 years working experience in Consumer Electronic industry, preferable to have operational management experience, or worked at different functions such as the production management, supplier quality, engineering & project management etc.
- Have the working experience at CMS type of company is a plus.
- Have the experience about the technical documentation control is a plus
- In depth knowledge in manufacturing and shop floor management.
- Knowledge in Industrial Engineering (Layout design, Process Flowchart, PFMEA, Control Plan etc)
- Knowledge in LED Lamp Product and Manufacturing is a plus
- Good Negotiation skills
- Good communication skills with different culture and national background is required
- Problem Identification & Solving skills
- Self starter and achiever
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software, like MS Project etc.
- Fluent both in English and Mandarin
- Team player
- Can effectively manage and facilitate teams
