Job Description:
Position summary:
· The positions are located in Philips healthcare lab in Suzhou and will play a critical role in the development of new concept of RF amplifier and transmitter. The right candidate will have a unique opportunity to create innovative designs that not only is worth of publication but can be put into the portfolio of products. The post will suit a skilled engineer ideally familiar with RF power amplifier and its related technology.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:
· Design and development MR RF amplifier and RF transmitter for healthcare application.
· Simulation and implementation in the lab prototype.
· Working closely with process engineering function to ensure effective transfer of new designs into production.

Job Requirements:
- Essential skills
· RF & microwave or related background.
· Solid knowledge of RF power amplifier and RF concept &components.
· Knowledge of using simulation tools and implementation tools.
· Ability to use related RF lab equipments.
· Committed to good design and have a good eye for detail.
· Strive to ensure designs are completed within the agreed timeframe to a high standard.
· Good communication skills to help work well within a multi-disciplinary research team.

- Desired competency
· Previous expertise in high MRI RF power amplifier and its control would be a plus.
· Previous industrial expertise in digital pre-distortion algorithm would be a plus.
