JOB DESCRIPTION
Title : Customer Service Coordinator
BU : Operation
Location : SZ, with GPC
Report to : Customer service Supervisor
Supervise : None
Overall Purpose of Job:
- To perform the task of the company’s order processing and ensuring a correct and complete input with the aim of obtaining a smooth flow to the benefit of the company and the customers as well.
Responsiblilities - To perform the processing of received orders making sure of the availability of requisite product specifications and terms of delivery.
- To process in accordance with the order processing system as disposal.
- To respond to customer’s inquiries, alternatively proceed to the person(s) concerned for assistance.
- To follow up the time schedule of deliveries agreed upon and take appropriate acting in case of deviations.
- Other tasks assigned by the superior.
JOB PROFILE
Education and Training
- Commercial education or higher vocational certificate
- Good command in oral and written Chinese and English
Experiences
- At least 2 years in similar field
- Good at MS office, ERP system (Prefer SAP)
Personality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Team player
- Customer orientated
- Able to solve problem
- Good listener
- Patient
Physique
- Preferably 22~35 years old
- Nature, good mental attitude
- Physically fit
