BASIC FUNCTIONS
Responsible for developing， tracking and analyzing key performance and quality indicators／ metrices and developing action plans to respond to observations and trends in supplier quality inspective. Provide suggestions in developing existing supplier quality control system. Maintains a continuous inspection， testing， analysis and problem resolution process to ensure supplier quality standards can be met on a continuous basis.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related Kitchen technical discipline with at least 3－5 years of related working experience； Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control management standards and procedures including Total Quality Management and ISO／QS 9001； Good knowledge of Woodworking or Furniture preferred； Self Motivated， result driven ／goal oriented with customer focus and sense of urgency； Good computer skill and sound presentation skills at all levels； Be able to read blue print； Good English skills （oral amp； writing communications）. Frequent travels required.
