1. Specify product as per architectural dimensions and installation requirements

2. Support Sales team in communicating with customer by means of CAD, technical support as
well as site and customer visits.

3. Produce customized CAD drawings based on existing product range.

4. Verify sales orders from technical side

5. Support the Sales Department in handling and coordination of all technical enquires of
products
配合销售团队，沟通并处理所有有关产品的技术询问
6. Support the QA department in handling and coordination of customer complaints.
配合质量部门处理及沟通客户投诉
7. Support the Sales Department with technical documentation such as reports, product
specifications, material for brochures, training documentation, etc.

8. Actively take part in twinDOOR Staff training as well as dealer and customer training.

9. As per company’s growth, lead a team of one to two technical Engineers to achieve the task.

Qualifications and requirements 资质要求
1. Over 5 years experience on either new products research & development or on existing

3. Major in Mechanical Design.
