Position experiences:

Investigator or investigation manager position in compliance, audit at large FMCG company or medical device company. Legal consultant or forensice expert with investigation experience.

Other requirements:

1. Fluent in English and Chinese mandarin, both spoken and written.

2. Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint skill required

3. 25-30% time of travel, mostly within China

4. Bachelor's or above degree required.

5. Passioinate on compliance investigation work, principle-based and high standard of integrity.

6. Self-motivated, ability to manage complexity and challenge work under pressure.

7. Strategic thinking and strong leadership.

8. Highly responsive and operate with discipline.

9. Proactive, structured and analytical personality.

10. In touch with external environment in China.

Responsibilities:

1. Help China Compliance Lead to conduct internal investigations relating to alleged violations of the Code compliance and FCPA requirements (and other policies and procedures) for all business operations in Wyeth Nutrition China.

2. Grow to independently conduct all investigations for alleged or identified potential violations, including cases identified from internal control /audit and monitoring program.

3. Possible assist other Group BUs Legal Team to conduct interviews of alleged potential serious violations.

4. Can set priority of different received matters for investigation, and be good at keep all investigation reports for further documentation/records;

5. Make remediation plans after closing of every investigation under the direction of compliance lead;

6. Work closely with other stakeholders ensure the alignment within organization;

7. Work with other investigation related work, e.g. audit, monitoring, operation compliance team, etc.

8. Provide investigation/violation trend analysis, identify improving areas in the company's policies, procedures, and training as well as compliance enforcement in business operations to improve compliance level in China.

9. Develop expertise, skills and system to improve investigation efficiency and quality.
