Key Responsibility

? Provide secretarial support to Sales Manager

? Receive, direct and relay telephone messages

? Make travel and hotel arrangement for Sales Manager

? Prepare various internal reports for Sales Manager

? Admin support for Sales Manager

? Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences for Sales Manager

? Provide and type confidential documents on a word processing system

? Preparation and arrangement of dealer meeting among all departments regularly

? Organize weekly departments meeting including preparation of topics

? Preparation of PowerPoint presentations

? Pursue, encourage, comply and exceed all standards, procedures and guidelines by Porsche / Porsche China

Requirement

? At least 2 years of working experience as a secretary or assistant to senior management

? Minimum college degree; university degree preferred

? Experience in the automotive After Sales Business is preferred

? Understanding and imposing Porsche corporate philosophy, image and identity

? Be a representative (“ambassador”) of the Porsche brand in all customer contacts and other aspects

? Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
