职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Assess and manage company’s business technology needs. Plan, implement and maintain the IT infrastructure to best meet those needs.
2. Propose, develop and implement IT projects with user groups and manage IT resources to meet users’ needs.
3. Develop and support customized applications for users as required.
4. Perform updates for vendor supplied applications and operating systems.
5. Develop and periodically evaluate policies and procedures regarding the use of the company’s IT resources and minimize the risk of information loss.
6. Develop and maintain a tracking system for the company’s hardware and software licenses.
7. Work with upper management to develop and manage the budget for IT department.
8. Evaluate new technologies and recommend their adoption or exclusion from the company’s technological infrastructure.
Requirements:
1. Must be undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently in addition to Mandarin.
3. At least five years business systems development.
4. Knowledge of current technology and software environments in addition to software development experience.
5. Knowledge of the technology behind networked computer systems.
6. Programming and/or systems administration experience in a comparable computing environment in lieu of education will be considered.
7. Prior experience with a FIE is strongly preferred.
