职位描述
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
· Handling all the tools
? Responsible for ALPS(Peoplesoft人事管理系统), Platinum(Payroll) and Power Max(财务报销,后台是SAP) for respective Business Unit(s).
? Actions taken in the systems in a timely manner in respect of deadlines and set KPI.
· Interaction with Employee Service Team and HR Business Partners
? Be in close contact with Employee Service Team and HR Business Partner to ensure correct and in time data flow and actions.
? Documentation of requests and track of progress.
? Timely feedback with both parties.
· End User Support
? Support monthly new comers as well as HR BPs for issue solving in ALPS and Power Max .
· Data quality
? Ensure data quality against set KPI for responsible business unit(s). PMD data 100% accurate against input from HR Business Partner.
? Keep BU HR updated about data quality through standard reports.
? Support the running of data cleaning campaign.
· Communication and reporting
? Generating/Analyzing BO reports and KPI reports timely for responsible Business Unit(s).
· Support deployment of new HRIS projects and applications.
Requirements
? Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

? Collaboration/Teamwork.
? Operational effectiveness/Accountability for data accuracy.
? Proactive communication with related parties.
? HRIS experience is a plus.
? Degree or College level with 1 years HR experience.
