Roles & Responsibilities

？ Conduct invoice verification (communication and clarification with Purchasing & Warehouse)

？ Assure correct bookkeeping of Account Payables

？ Prepare payment for vendor open items

？ Uses ERP systems to input data, generate reports

？ Handle Inter-company clearing process and make reconciliations at month end

？ Be responsible for other fields designated by Accounting Supervisor/Accounting Manager

Qualifications

？ College or University degree, major in Accounting, Auditing or related Finance areas

？ Accountant qualification preferred

？ 3 years accountant experience in Foreign invest company

？ With SAP system experience preferred

？ Good command of English in writing, reading and speaking

？ Good computer skills, especially in MS Office

？ Good interpersonal skill & communication skill

？ Team work spirit
