职位描述
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Works as process owner from user department during projects
2. Works as second level support after project go live
3. Works as Change request responsible and coordinator after project go live
4. Works as coordinator with central process owner
5. Needs to follow up the tickets to third level support
Qualification Requirement
1. Has Know-how of SAP PP module at least for 3 years
2. Has participated at least 2 full circle of SAP implementation project as process owner.
3. Know how to write customer specification, prepare test cases, and prepare correct data for migration
4. Production business background is welcomed
5. Good English speaking and writing
6. Good communication skill with SAP key users.
7. Willing to travel to other places
