Job Description:
1.Draft and review various contracts/agreements;
2.Advise appropriate actions regarding various legal issues, such as contract dispute and regulatory issues;
3.Maintain current knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the Company’s operations;
4.Effectively communicate business operational principles through training and advice to employees at all levels;
5.Maintain knowledge of and familiarity with the Company’s products, and business activities, including its relationships with customers, vendors, distributors, agents;
6.Conduct legal research and provide advice relating to statutory obligations and legal requirements on certain subject;
7.Coordinate the litigations (labor dispute, IP, commercial litigation, product liability);
8. Support the compliance & regulatory functions;
9.Support corporate governance.

Requirements:
1.Law school graduate & Bar member or eligibility,3-4 years experience in business law firm practice and/or multinational company legal department;
2.Experience in home appliances/consumer products industry preferred;
3.Exceptional interpersonal skills, comfort among executive ranks and demanding clients;
4.Excellent professionalism and high integrity;
5.Strong verbal & written communication skills; together with a high ability to influence and negotiate;
6.Litigation experience would be advantage.
