Job description / Mission
Work independently for daily service work, such as project startup, installation, regular maintenance and customer's training etc;
独立地开展日常的售后服务工作,如项目安装、调试、定期维护和客户的培训等;
Be responsible for customer’s call back, technical support and problem solving.
负责客户的电话回访、技术支持及问题解决;
Assist Area Service Manager to train Technician in technical skills, product knowledge in accordance with Atlas Copco's standard;
根据阿特拉斯·科普柯的标准协助区域售后服务经理对维修技术员进行技术和产品知识培训;
Assist workshop Technician to do the normal repairing when required;
有需要时,协助维修技术员做日常的维修工作;
Provide technical and quality feedback to management and Stockholm according to customer's feedback;
向管理人员及瑞典总部反馈来自客户的技术和质量信息;
Working closely with sales team & project team to satisfy customer;
与销售和项目队伍紧密配合,使用客户满意;
Develop / keep good relationship with customer for both internal and external;
发展或维持内部和外部客户的友好关系;
Regular customer visiting to find out their demands and service business opportunity during service trip;
定期客户回访找出他们的要求和服务销售的机会;
Manage service quotation / service contract and achieve service revenue target in responsible territory;
在负责的区域内处理服务报价/服务合同和完成服务收入指标;
Timely and correctly feedbacks work order, weekly report and monthly report;
及时正确地反馈工单、工作周报及月报;
Be ready to take up new tasks assigned.
随时准备承担指派的新任务;
Experience Requirements
2+ years experienced in aftermarket service of industry product;
拥有2年以上的工业产品的售后服务经验;
Industry PLC and fieldbus application experience are considered as the advantages;
有工业PLC及工业总线的应用经验者优先考虑;
Knowledge / Educational requirements
above college degree in mechanical or electrical engineering;
具有机械或电气工程大专以上学历;
PC skill is a must;
必须熟悉电脑操作技能;
Good knowledge of English on read and written.
具有较好的英语读写能力;
Personality requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skill;
能较好地处理人际关系及具有较强的沟通能力;
Customer oriented;
客户导向;
Self motivation and Independence;
有较强的自主能力及独立能力;
Must be a team player, quick learner with strong sense of responsibility
必须有团体精神,快速的自学能力及强烈的责任感;
Willing to travel
