职位描述

Handling of sales in a specific market within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company.

Main Tasks

-To take care of the sales interests of the company in the market entrusted by purposeful fieldwork and by keeping up mutual fruitful relations to the customers.

-To call on customers according to weekly/monthly programs and by customers’ request.

-To make proposal of the sales budget for the market/area in question. After review and approval by the Management to carry out the qualitative and quantitative targets as stated in the budget, in respect of policies and the authority assigned.

-To participate in market analyses referring to the market assigned.

-To prepare offers making sure of the customers solvency and to ensure an appropriate follow up.

-To be aware of tenders and to consider the interest to take in them. In the affirmative pursue until a positive or negative conclusion.

-To act in customer meetings, arrangements, seminars, exhibitions, etc.

-To maintain serious and good relations to customers, authorities and relevant bodies.

-To involve in dealing with customer’s complaints of products and their functioning.

-To consider currently the sales and distribution channels.

-To maintain a customer’s data file containing visiting dates, arrangements agreed on, particulars about customers, relevant figures, sales turnover, etc.

-To search for/consider new possibilities and prospects for increasing the sales.

-To give advise and new ideas of applications to the customers on products and their performances, new products, product modifications, system solutions, applications, terms of sales, service concept, service kits, etc.

-To monitor that product services live up to standards laid down by the Company/the Group.

-To search for information on customers and competitor’s lines of conduct and market trends as well, and in cooperation with the Management to consider actions that might be taken.

Tools, equipment and word aids:

-Transport to be provided for any field works.

-Salesman’s essential tools deemed necessary to execute the above tasks, as and when justified.


JOB PROFILE

Education and training:

-Diploma or degree holder in electrical/mechanical or electronic field.
-Good command in oral and written Chinese & English.
-Other languages or dialects will be an advantage.

Experiences:

-Experienced with pumps or control panels maintenance or consultancy or sales works, will be an advantage.

Personality:

-High ego needs

Physique:

-Male or female
-Preferable 22 to 29 years old
-Matured with good mental attitude
-Physically fit

Other requirements:

-Knowledge to operate PC and own a valid driving license will be an advantage.

Other Features:

-Willing to attend educational courses during his or her private times with company’s sponsorship.
-Willing to travel extensively.
-Working day: Monday to Friday.
-Working hours: 08:30 to 17:30.
-Lunch: 12:00 to 13:00
