To develop, plan, organize, implement, monitor and coordinate PR activities, events in China, communicating the brand to the media and end customers in order to generate public awareness towards the brand and further enhance the brand image.

1. Budget
Participate in the development of annual PR & shop promotions budget, monitor and control relevant budget/spending within approved limits
2. Public Relations (PR)
Develop national PR plan; supervise, coordinate and monitor PR and media related activities; evaluate effectiveness and value of PR
3. Special projects/events management
For projects/events - monitor and control budget and spending, oversee and supervise program, progress, standard and quality. For specific and national projects/events - create, plan and prepare concept and budget; negotiate and coordinate with related parties, including other markets, offices and internal divisions; assign and allocate manpower and responsibilities; supervise, manage, review and evaluate
4. Sponsorship
Localize and maximize the impact of global sponsorship and events.
Identify and negotiate appropriate project for sponsorship, independently handle and coordinate sponsored project/event

5. Supervision & Training
Supervise, prepare and conduct training for subordinates such as PR Assistant Mgr., PR Sr. Executive & Marketing Executive
6. Retailing Support
Support and coordinate with Retail & Event Team re PR activities
7. Communications
Maintain consistent internal communications with headquarters, regional marketing division, superiors, subordinates and colleagues on all PR activities
8. External Relations
Develop, maintain and enhance relationships with media, agencies and contractors/suppliers
